Minimum System Requirements
  • The Sims 2 base game (The Sims 2, The Sims 2 Deluxe, The Sims 2 Double Deluxe, The Sims 2 Special DVD edition, or The Sims 2 Holiday Edition all contain the base game)
  • 1.8 GHz processor or higher (2.4 GHz for Vista)
  • 1 GB RAM
  • Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows 98 or Windows 2000
  • 8x or faster CD/DVD drive for the physical version
  • At least 1.0 GB of additional hard drive space (5.0 GB total is required if installing both The Sims 2 and The Sims 2 Teen Style Stuff at the same time.)
